Mango Salsa

I got this idea from the Del Monte mango salsa recipe. It was a good base but it was definitely missing the kick I like to get from my salsas! Very easy to make and a healthy, colorful snack. Not to mention the praise you’ll get if you bring this to a party! Awesome way to stand out from the usual chips and salsa crowd. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 chopped red onion
  • 1 can diced mangos, drained
  • 1 can petite diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1 chopped jalapeño
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • Cilantro to taste
  • 1 tsp. salt (plus more to taste)
  • Juice from 1 lime

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Add more salt to taste as desired and enjoy with your favorite chips!
